Step 3: add to cart by completing the quantity, size & colour of the products required. Step 4: Review cart by clicking on view the cart tab above. Step 5: proceed to checkout. Step 6: Select your billing address plus shipping method.(courier) Step 7: Payment Methods – Pay Fast Cash Deposit EFT Step 8: The final step is when you view the order and proceed to payment. PLEASE USE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AS REFERENCE WHEN MAKING A PAYMENT
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one be it similar as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging and same condition it was received in. The item need to have the receipt for proof of purchase. You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date purchased at your own cost .
Refunds
Once we receive your item we will inspect your item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. estimated 2-3 working days. If your return is approved, we will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method ). You will receive the credit refund within estimated 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
